1. To accept RETURN of goods by us – You need to get in touch via email email@example.com We can only accept unused and unopened items.
2. In case of Returning goods we ONLY REFUND THE ITEM COST – POSTAGE IS NON-REFUNDABLE
3. You are always responsible for cost of return shipping, goods should be securely wrapped and packed to make sure there won’t be any damages.
4. You can return the items within 30 days from the purchase date.
5. If goods are returned to us in a damaged condition, then we won’t offer a refund, and we do not take any responsibility. You should contact your shipping company to claim any damages.
6. When returning goods, you are responsible to provide the tracking number/ barcode number/ notification number so that goods are delivered to us, otherwise we won’t refund any money until we’ve received the items in good condition.
7. Upon receiving returned goods, we have the right to refund money up to 5 working days
